“Actually, this hotel served the best croissants, of the hotels I stayed in my trip to Italy in 2017. One thing I'd like to note is that there's a lift to get up to the hotel; No problem with the luggages. There are quite a number of hotels in Italy that do not have that, but this one does. The staff was really helpful and reachable using WhatsApp. I find that really handy. Great idea!”
