“Breakfast brilliant - so many options, staff most welcoming and helpful not to mention happy. But the location was absolutely perfect for us as a family, (our two kids 8-5 did ski school in Uber Lech), the old two man chair lift (very helpful attendants) just outside hotel (never noisy) took us just above Uberlech and we all skied the gentle run down to ski school meeting place. Brilliant. Rooms were very smart, bathrooms bit cosy space wise but new and very smart, towels smelt wonderful and the room windows opened! Pool/spa fantastic! Kids games room brilliant - family table football too! Hotels recommended ski hire place just down road in town (Skibex) were also brilliantly helpful happy people!”

“We rented an apartment for 2 and we couldn't stay better. Very spacious apartment, very well equipped (especially on the kitchen, nothing missing), super comfortable (especially the bed, I want one of them at home :) ), super clean... we felt as being at home. The hotel is very well located and has everything needed (Sauna, swim pool...etc). We could go skiing from outside of the same door the ski room, and 5-10min walking to the center. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent quality and with a lots of options. And last, but not least, was the excellent treatment of the staff, specially the two ladies taking care of the reception and the breakfast. Super nice, friendly and always ready to help. Without any doubt we recommend it and for sure, we will come back again!”
“We we're completely satisfied with every aspect of this hotel. Here are some highlights: -staff were incredibly friendly and went beyond the expected service. One of them baked us a cake when we didn't feel like going for dinner :) -the rooms were modern, clean and outfitted with high end ameniites. (I.e. Great hairdryer for ladies, fluffy soft bathrobes and good bath products) -bed was extremely comfortable with lots of extra pillows. Pullout out couch was also comfortable -Breakfast was outstanding, a great spread with freshly made food, with excellent coffee -location perfect, right beside chairlift -spa is heavenly with a great sized pool plus a little tea corner with a good selection of teas. -bonus- staff also brushed the snow off our car each day so we didn't have to dig out our car at the end of our trip!”
