“The location is really convenient & staff is great. ”
“The hotel has a very nice layout, a great launge are and a drear bar. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They have wonderful, organic food.”
“Really - nothing!!!! Even the location is with than the other hotels in the park”
“One of the best hotels my wife and I ever stayed at, not even considering remote location of this hotel. Best hotel food and cocktails we've ever had. Service was top notch and rooms are big and clean.”
“Breath-taking scenery Friendly multi-lingual staff Excellent restaurant Lots of trips/excursions to do Being on the "program"; all-inclusive. Makes it all a little easier (maybe not cheaper!)”
“The staff were all welcoming, professional, friendly and helpful. Without exception. Some were more experienced than others, but they all tried to help and most would remember my name, even though I was only there for a few days. The location is wonderful - just below the famous Torres and on the main hiking trails. The food - we only ate in the Pioneer bar was fine - not exceptional, but great taste and choice. The breakfasts were buffet and excellent. The excursions were well-run, interesting and unique to the property.”
“Stunning location. Plenty of walks from the hotel. Exceptional breakfast. Very happy friendly staff. Quality of the bar food was good.”
“We stay at Las Torres at the end of our W trek in early April. The property is a lot better than we expected from the website. The service is excellent. The staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Our room is comfortable; has great view, and a soaking tub. The food, view, and service at the bar area are fabulous. Love the fact that they have choices on box lunch unlike the other places we stay on the W trek ( 3 consecutive days of chicken salad on soggy bread for lunch). The massage was also excellent. My daughter took a guided trek , part of it on horseback to the base of Paine Torres. The guide was very nice and the horses were beautiful. She was still weak from getting sick at Paine Grande and they took excellent care of her. Live music in the evening at the bar, a roaring fire, hot chocolat, and free wifi( albeit slow) at the end of a beautiful day of hiking, good dinner and massage...what more can you possibly ask for in Patagonia!”
