“The hotel situation is perfect, right on the edge of the old town with views of the country from our bedroom and a patio area. The restaurant was closed but the manager did bring us wine and glasses out to the patio to enjoy the wonderful views. The hotel is old fashioned but has character. The room was small but comfortable. The town of Ubeda itself is a delight to wander through, a lovely change from the busy Spanish cities”

“Maybe this hotel isn't the most modern of all but the location both inside and at the very edge of the city center and its historic wall is perfect. The central hall and stairways of the hotel really add to the feeling of being in a historical place. The Hotels terrace allows for a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside. A perfect place to sit, read, relax and possibly swim during the hottest hours of the day. Although all of the city highlights are at a walking distance the hotels location at the top of the city walls allows for quiet and undisturbed nights.”
