Multumesc personalului hotelului care de aceasta data m-a ajutat neconditionat intr-o situatie mai putin placuta. Din cauza cutremurului din data de 21.07.2017 ne-am scurtat vacanta si am fost nevoiti sa anulam rezervarea facuta prin Booking . Nu am putut face o noua rezervare deoarece hotelul in acea data era plin . Cei de la receptie mi-au promis ca atunci cand se vor elibera primele camere le vor curata si ni le vor da . Si s-au tinut de cuvant . Multumesc inca odata intregului personal si conducerii hotelului . PS. Este singurul hotel in care am stat in Turcia (pe parcursul a 10 vacante ) si care are la geamuri plasa de insecte . Un accesoriu foarte bun pentru a putea dormi cu geamul deschis.”
