“We stay at the Villa Lorraine twice a year; in April as we return to our ship in the port of Toul and in September when we leave our ship to return to the US. It is a lovely place, very well cared for; very clean; and run by gracious, friendly people.”
“The staff were extremely, booking a restaurant and finding a mechanic to repair my vintage car”
“A very traditional French family hotel. I liked it!”
“Good location, the parking was fine, the room was clean.”
“Pleasant accommodation in a centrally located street. The availability of off-street hotel parking was a bonus, given the difficulty of street parking in the area”
“great service and lots of nice details like the owl collection in the stairway”
“This was a very conveniently situated 2 star hotel. When we arrived the owner had to tell us that the boiler had broken down that morning and that there was no hot water. She was perfectly willing to organise another hotel for us, but in the event we decided to stay and spent a nice night there. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, but only 2-3 minutes walking from the centre, and there are a number of restaurants close by. There is parking associated with the hotel and the breakfast proved to be excellent value for money. All in all very good value for money.”
“The female proprietor was very friendly and helpful. However, the male staff member was miserable and most unhelpful. A nice hotel but over priced for what it is, particularly the breakfast.”
“Great location and off street parking available. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.”
“The lady who received us made us very welcome, gave us very good information about Toul and used her magic to book us a taxi with return after mid-night. she is a wonderful hostess.”
