“We booked a room in San Piero to stay there during tango festival in Marina di Campo and actually didn't have any idea what a charming village we are going to visit. In the end, we discovered that our choice didn't really work for the tango festival (it was too far and there were no buses coming back at night, so we had to climb a hill at two am one night) but didn't regret at all. We discovered that San Piero is one of the most beautiful places, one of the last Italian authentic villages, and enjoyed a fantastic hospitality of the hotel owners who in the end became our friends. It was a great stay!”
