“The hotel is very nicely located: 5 mins from the boat and 3 mins to the beach. The hotel itself is not super big, but cozy; the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very spacious terrace where you even may take a shower, or just sit and enjoy the sun or soft Venetian evenings. Also for just a little money you can rent a bike and go for a beautiful ride. Our stay was just perfect, and exceeded all my expectations.”

“We stayed at Room 12. The air-con's temperature is manually adjustable; it could be turned off as well. The room has a window with a mosquito screen to let fresh air in. The breakfast is also great. Additionally, the location is very close to the beach and to the public transport. And, the room is very quiet. The bed is also comfortable to accommodate a 3-year-old kid and two adults.”
“The hotel is a 5 min walk from the Alilaguana boat stop and its 2 min walk in from the main avenue. Its in a perfect location, staff was awesome. We arrived into Venice around 10pm, I called the owner from the water transport and was given directions on how to access the hotel after hours. Glad I did, we didn't get to the hotel until 11:15pm. I traveled with my 2 kids (2 and 6) and MIL, we were given access to 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. It was a surprising treat otherwise we would have had to rent at the beach, so kudos to Mirjana who offered it to us. The beach is 10 minutes south of the hotel along the main strip. Staff very friendly especially Mirjana, spoke good enough English to communicate. All in all a good stay and the location was perfect. Nice hotel to enjoy Lido and the beach with kids.”
