The rooms we had were great, and the hotel itself is in the most gorgeous private woodland yet just a short walk from the ski lift. There is a beautiful guest lounge with several newspapers and constant tea, coffee, little treats and a lovely fire. Basically it was a heavenly place.”

“The staff goes well out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and tended to in every way. Your ski boots are waiting for you in the morning, as are your shoes when you come back. They will deliver and return your rental skis. They will arrange for spa, snow monkey tours, etc.”
