“We had the smallest room in the property, which was a bit tight - but we knew this when we booked it. The hotel is beautiful - a mix of old and new with very interesting underground lounge and wine cellar. Overall decor is very attractive and obviously chosen with care and attention to detail. Unfortunately due to village fete the restaurant was closed, as were most of those nearby, but apparently the restaurant has a gourmet reputation. Beautiful gardens complete what is an extremely attractive property.”
“Our 4th visit. Love the rooms in the old building but beware if you tall as they are in the eves. Breakfast is of a very high quality. The garden, pool and spa area are very nice and good for relaxation.”
“Good location right in the centre of this small and pretty town with private parking to the rear. The main part of the hotel is a delightful well-renovated and stylish old building with a very nice restaurant. It is very quiet. Decent room, clean, functional, reasonably sized and with a modern bathroom/shower. Plenty of hanging space. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. There is a very pleasant outdoor terrace at the back, however as we had biblical proportions of "weather" during our stay we couldn't use it!”
