“We got off to a bad start as I didn't think my room was worth the money I had paid,I didn't have a full view of the lake and was on the first floor. After a little heated argument I was offered a second floor room with a good view of the lake and was curtly told it would be 20 Euros a night more and if I didn't like it I could move on !!!!. However I must add in fairness that this wasn't charged on my bill. I must highly commend the young receptionist called Camilla who did all she could to help us. Also Luka the pool attendant was lovely and helpful too. The food was excellent in the restaurant.”
