“Great value for money. Facilities (gym and swimming pool) are good. The service was also professional and pleasant. They helped us when we arrived early because of the flight schedule. The location is great, next to a park. It took us 5-10 minute walk to the hotel from the metro station which connects to the airport and HSR station. The Zhongli night market and traditional market are also 5-minute walk away.”

“The hotel was fabulous, gorgeous and luxurious. Our room was huge, so was the bathroom. Facility was very great. The night market is in walking distance. What attracted me was the liquor store in the hotel premises. Kavalan, a popular whisky brand in Taipei is sold in a beautifully arranged store. There were some unique liquor bottles as well. This was an unexpected treat on a rainy day in Taipei! We didn't have to go out to enjoy our stay !!”
“The hotel has a nice pool. kids can swim there. Do not forget a swimming cap ! It is required in most of Taiwan hotels. The hotel is just ten minutes walk form Hunbei Station on the Taoyuen Airport MRT line. There are a couple of taxi waiting for a passenger in front of the station. It is reasonably priced and very convenient such as near to Sogo, a department store.”
“Staff woke me up to remind me of the check out time, even after I had worked out an extra hour the night before. They no longer have airport shuttle even though they advertise it on booking. They also had the pool out of order. Breakfast price is too steep for the quality. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.”
