We felt at home in our room and the restaurant/lounge, and never once used a taxi or other form of transportation but rather walked from the hotel to tour each of the islands that comprise downtown Stockholm. We enjoyed coffee and people watching in Kungstragarden, took the ferry from nearby through the archipelago, explored Gamla Stan, made like locals and cafe/pub-hopped in Sodermalm, jogged through Skansen and along the waterways, and shopped, visited museums, and walked through Ostermalm and Norrmalm. In summary: this hotel was the centerpiece of what made our last-minute, five day trip to Stockholm the trip of the year. Thank you!”
