The lady behind the desk who greeted us was so beautiful and helpful! Room was clean and had an excellent view of the mountain. Windows could be opened quite wide which was lovely. Bathroom super clean. We also ate in the restaurant and it was delicious! Prices good too (hotel and restaurant). Highly recommend! ”

“The Europark shopping mall was a 13 minute walking distance which is a lovely way to spend a rainy day in Salzburg. The bus to city centre/Old Town is only less than 10 minutes away. It's a bit of a distance from Old Town/City centre which meant a quiet night's sleep. The room and bathroom is quite spacious and the shower is nice and hot, great pressure and never clogged. Tons of space on the vanity for toiletries for 4 people. The beds, including the sofa bed were very comfortable. Each staff we encountered was very friendly and so helpful.”
