“Not much to like in Jeronimos apart from the location which was good. You can't run the bath or alter the tap settings unless you actually get into it the bath tub. All the teapots leaked. After the third teapot I gave up asking for more as the waitress became irritated. The breakfast was poor quality food. I am very surprised this is a four star hotel. Jeronimos is not really a three star.”
“There are many places to eat with in walking distance, public transportation as well. David at the front desk was superb, very friendly and helpful and you get to eat the famous pastries of Belen every day for breakfast avoiding the long lines at the bakery; since they get delivered there nice and warm everyday. The breakfast was good, there was a reasonable amount of items and the staff was very helpful.”
