“Fantastically positioned for the slopes. Excellent food; helpful staff. Stayed in a junior suite, which was well worth it for the extra space, comfort, and south-facing balcony. Spa area well-appointed and great for relaxing. Who needs a swimming pool when you have a whirlpool with a view?”
“Lovely hotel in wonderful location, right at the bottom of slopes. We had a fantastic view over the slopes, and the room was spacious and very well appointed. The staff, particularly our charming waiter in the restaurant couldn't do enough for you. Food excellent and the reception rooms are all really well appointed. Hope to return next year.”
“La suite era un appartamento completo di tutti i confort, pulita e molto accogliente. Il personale è molto cordiale e sorridente. La Spa con un enorme idromassaggio, tre grandi saune a temperature diverse e un bagno turco, con un solarium da favola sono da rimpiangere. Le colazioni e le cene sono ottime con la scelta fra tre menu oltre a tre portate. Abbiamo comunicato sempre in inglese. Nel pacchetto era compresa anche la carta per accedere gratuitamente a tutte le attrazioni (ovetti, piscine e Aqua Dome). Ci faremo un pensiero anche per l'inverno dato che gli impianti sono dietro al cortile e a fianco dell'hotel c'è un market.”

“Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, großes Zimmer, ruhig, neu hergerichtet und direkt neben dem Lift. Spa ist picobello, mehrere Saunen, ein Whirlpool, Ruheraum und alles mit Blick auf die Piste von oben. Essen ist ebenfalls reichlich und sehr gut, morgens wie abends. Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam aber gar nicht aufdringlich, das haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt -toll. Kommen sehr gern wieder.”

“Rustig hotel, zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en 's avonds lekker dineren. Prachtige wellness bovenaan het hotel met prachtige vergezichten. Ruime kamers. Zeer vriendelijke personeel. Internet is gratis! (In tegenstelling met wat er geschreven staat) Ideale uitvalsbasis om te gaan wandelen. Ötztal-kaart inbegrepen dus je kan gerust je wagen in het hotel laten.”
“Das Frühstücksbuffet enthielt alles was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht. Das Servicepersonal war super freundlich. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns prompt Federkopfkissen bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Das Bad war modern mit einer großzügigen Dusche ausgestattet. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit Blick auf die Piste.”
