“Staff is generally very nice but the evening I stayed I did not have the usual toiletries and when I called housekeeping they sent a man in overalls to deliver them and he barged into the room and said toiletries were not missing. It was frightening. Additionally it took them a long time to deliver the toiletries.”

“This is perhaps the only hotel in Cali with such a beautiful, large outside pool, which is in the middle of a secluded garden, giving it a feeling of a resort- albeit the hotel is surrounded by very busy roads.
