She is a credit to this hotel. Everything about this hotel is first class from the location to the rooms. I travel through Spain on a regular basis and will always use this hotel.”

Big and clean room (huuuge bed), helpful and kind staff, possibility of parking the car (just leave the key and they will think about it). “I had a bright large corner room, with three full windows overlooking Plaza Major and the cathedral, so the view was fantastic. The furnishings are looking a little worn, but the rest of what I had was more important. As has been my experience, the room was too warm, so the only option was to open a window. Front desk staff were very helpful.”

“I had asked for a room on an upper level with lots of natural light, and my room was exactly that. It had a balcony with floor to ceiling "french" doors, which looked down on a busy side street that saw lots of pedestrian traffic but practically no vehicles, The breakfast buffet provided lots and lots of choices. Coffee was made to order and delicious. All the staff are to be complimented. It takes a lot of hard work to make a place so pleasant. Thank you.”
