“Because of our previous stays we were given an upgraded room.”
“First room was not clean. Moved to a mediocre second room that was also not clean. I was supposedly in one of their best rooms with a view. One window looked directly at another hotel and the other overlooked the freeway. I booked 2 more rooms for my siblings. Their rooms were bigger than mine, one even had a better view. I thought maybe since I booked a special room with a view and was paying the bill I might be getting a better room. That obviously didn't happen. It was an embarrassment for me to have my family stay in this place. I was also told I was not on a pet floor and when waiting for the elevator a family walked out of their room with their dog. So much for honest disclosure.”
