“Incredible building. Beautifully preserved and dating back some 500 years. Loved the al fresco courtyard and art gallery - lit at night by candles. The couple who run it were welcoming, friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty – yet not obsequious. They were witty and great company – in minutes we were engaged in a discussion on global politics (in which we all agreed!). The hotel is just a few steps from the lake too!”
