“A quaint historic hotel in a great location Naples Spanish Quarter, close to public transit, good restaurants and historic sites. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. I checked in on my birthday, the day was noted as the staff looked at my passport, wishing me a happy birthday. Later that evening a bottle of Presecco, a few sweets and a card was delivered to our room. A very thoughtful and memorable gesture. Our third floor room was nice size with a small balcony overlooking a side street, very busy during the day quieting down in the evening.”
