What guests loved the most
“we had an issue with breakfast, namely all the food that should have been hot was in fact very cold ( omelette, fried eggs and fried bacon). In the same evening we told that to the bartender - COSMIN SERBAN - this fact and his answer was that is NOT TRUE! that we cannot tell that....because it is not the truth - like someone would lie about that.... I was so annoyed about that ( basically we were called liars), so I have said that his reaction is not normal, he works in hospitality , he should take note about the issue and try to correct it. His answer was again out of line: he told me I was very picky :-). At this point, I realized that the discussion has no point and I turned to enter in the elevator, but the bartender said : Are you turning your back to me???????? I was unbelievable!!! Although the discussion took place in the lobby no manager came , nor any receptionist .”

“Room was spacious and I had a splendid view. Nice to have small balcony. language barrier was reason, staff did not really connect but okay. More Dutch guests so still had some nice conversations. I would definitely recommend the hotel.”
