“The easy going efficiency of the hotel staff. The reception staff were excellent. The restaurant staff were very good, nothing was a problem for them. We liked the comfortable relaxing areas. The view from our room was really interesting. The bed was very comfortable. We asked for extra pillow and they arrived quickly.”

“The hotel is located close to the railway station and metro. It was easy to get anywhere from this place. We had really nice room for 3 adults and liked it a lot. There was everything needed for the stay. And the breakfest was incredible.”

“The location was ok, very close the main train station if you're considering doing a day trip out of the city. It's a very old and dated Hotel but ok for the money. We had a problem with the shower and it as soon as we reported it, someone came up immediately to fix this. The gentleman on the bell captain desk on our checkout day (21/11/2017) was so friendly and helpful (the only person we encountered like that in the Hotel)”
