“We had a fantastic stay - simple but lovely and clean place, very close to the beach. Our room had a lovely balcony facing the sea. Breakfast was very nice and dinner fantastic - €10 euro for a very tasty 3 meal course. The staff was very friendly - the guy at reception went out of his way to help us and translated the menu to English every night. We felt really spoiled there, cannot recommend this place enough!!”
“The staff were very helpful in helping me navigate my way back to the road I was walking on - the Camino de Santiago. And, when I walked in hobbling from my day of walking, the hotel desk clerk brought me a selection of bandaids for my blistered feet. Very kind. Also, the continental breakfast buffet in the morning offered nice variety of breads, meats, cheese, and fruit.”
“What a guy on reception desk, went out of his way for us. He printed out translated menu, gave us directions to our next destination, couldn't do enough for us. Our favourite hotel of two week stretch on northern Camino. Wonderful food, best breakfast, lovely staff and v comfortable rooms”
“Great location with lovely sea views and a superb sandy beach less than 100metres from the hotel entrance. Excellent breakfast with extensive choice of sweet and savory items. On site parking, important as the town gets busy at weekends and in season. Friendly family run hotel , spotlessly clean.”
“Good size, clean, freshly decorated room. Hotel was very clean and amazing value for money. Staff could not do enough to help. Produced translation of menu daily. Breakfast spread was really generous, in variety and quantity. Beaches and coastal walks were exceptionally clean and litter free.”
“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean (to be honest I do not recall such a clean bathroom in a hotel room and usually I stay in 4* ones....). Rooms and all common areas look newly refurbished. Very good breakfast (as for Spanish standards). Very good and cheap lunch / dinner. Bikes are available and are free of charge. Snoocer / table tennis facilities also free of charge. If we get back to Noja (which is by the way very conviniently located), we'll stay in Hoya hotel again!”

“The view from bedroom window was amazing and had a balcony to sit and watch the sea. Massive breakfast spread. I arrived on a motorbike and the manager unlocked and opened the garage for me so I could put my bike in to keep it from the elements and helped me with my bags to my room. I could not have asked for better service. The evening dinner was great as well and only 9 euros for 3 courses so I highly recommend this hotel.”
