“The location on the lake is stunning. They have a lovely pool and the grounds although limited are well kept and pretty. The hotel is fairly small and the staff limited but the are very attentive. Everything was clean and tidy. The restaurant served a fantastic tasting menu which we both really enjoyed. Stayed for 2 nights and will probably make a return visit.”
“Our kids, 6-11-13, loved coming early to the hotel, playing in the pool and just relaxing. We had a swell time. Walking around on the lakeside path and up to the Saturday market in Bolsena town was a highlight. We had great pizza at La Tavernetta. Should stay longer next time”

Beds were very hard, and staff not extremely outgoing or friendly, although they did answer questions. If you want the best location on the lake, with beautiful grounds and a great breakfast, this is it!”

“Male receptionist, with another female in attendance, whilst I brought 4 cases (2 large, 2 trolley) from car, and loaded them onto porter trolley without a thought of helping. Didn't get offered the promised "Genius" welcome drink either. We're not German, we're English, not so welcome!”
“Lovely lakeside location . Our room had a lovely view of the lake, and a very nice balcony. We only stayed for 1 night could have stayed longer ! Staff were very nice, good recommendation for dinner as their own restaurant was closed. We ate at Moro by the port it was fab!Breakfast was very good .”
“The hotel is charming, clean and in a quiet area, right in front of the Lake, a really nice view from our room.From the swimming pool you can have the view of the lake. The old town/center is a few minutes walking from the hotel, there are some good restaurants very close to the hotel too. The staff is friendly and helpful.”
