“Daniel was a great host. It was first time going to a snow mountain with kids on our own and I coming from a hot climate country had no clue what to expect. Daniel and his staff did a great job to ensure we had a great time. He advised us on what, how and where to spend our 5 days there. We enjoyed sledging with the complimentary sledges provided by the hotel. We had dinner there and we highly recommend its dinner, superb. The breakfast was something we looked forward to, with a great view of the mountains and the town. We loved the room, the facilities, the game room. The shower and heating system kept us warm in a weather of 3° to 0° in the night. My daughter left her soft toy behind and the hotel sent it to our next destination in Switzerland, we were so thankful. The bus stop was near and get us everywhere. Coop was situated a few minutes away, with cooked food or raw stuff”
