“The staff of the hotel was so helpful and warm. I was traveling alone and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and happy. The hotel is across the street from the ticket office and lifts. There is a ski rental shop next door. The location is great, the staff is more than friendly, the food, both breakfast and dinner, was amazing. My room was clean top to bottom everyday. I would happily stay at Hotel Hermitage again!”
