So close to everything like Eataly, Madison Square Park, Flatiron building, ABC Home store, Dylan's' Candy store & the farmers market at Union Square Park. The Staff was super nice & helpful. Example. I accidentally messed up my little lock on my suitcase & it would not unlock because it was jammed somehow. I finally took it downstairs to the lobby where one of the male staff took the time to play with it until it unlocked. It took a little time but he was so nice about it. Great people there. Thx”
