“Everything was AWESOME at Hotel Hanoi. I arrived after a very long hike and was met by a friendly woman at the door. Without a common language she let me know I needed to come with her to another location where they handle the hotels reception. It was just a half block away and she escorted me there. I was checked in and given my instruction and keys and went back to the hotel. It is so quaint and I was absolutely delighted when I opened the door of my room. It was old but still well appointed and super quiet and comfortable. One of my favorite rooms on a 13 hotel trip! Coffee and tea and pastries were available 24 hours down stairs. Great stay. Loved it!”
