“Excellent pool/spa area and rooms. The 'animation' team were excellent. They worked very hard to involve guests in the evening and were available during the day for ski guiding etc. I have to mention Patrizio who took us round the 'Sellaronda' circuit safely, adding extra diversions which we would have struggled to find alone. If it wasn't for this contact we probably wouldn't have bothered with evening activities- but he pulled us in and it was great fun that way!”
“Great coffee, friendly helpful staff, super shuttle service to ski lifts, easy going. Great variation of food. Something for everyone. If you are able to male your own atmosphere in the dining/lounge (thank you Franco for the dimmed lights and candles 🤗) you will love this place. Great sauna overlooking the mountains and a chill zone to truely relax in with under 16 not allowed .... some may not like this but it makes sense.”
“Nice hotel, well maintained. Friendly stuff. Room was ok, altought seemed a bit too small. Very clean, nice mattress and pillows for those who care for these things. Lots of after ski facilities - sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi. It has a good ski equipment are in the basement with heating/ drying systems for the boots. Food was delicious and we had a lot of variety. Restaurant has a good service as well. There is bar in the lobby with good choice of beverages and decent prices. During our stay hotel had an entertaiment team everyday after dinner which made the nights fun. Free parking outside. Paid in the garaje.”

“Staff were friendly and very helpful. Perfect hotel for families. The food was excellent and varied. A real Tyrolean treat each evening. The hotel people carrier was very regular re drops offs to the main ski lift and for pick ups. The pool facilities were a great feature for our daughter who loved to go there after a day on the slopes. We are definitely going back there!”
