“1. Actually this was my second time staying at Green hotel chain however Green Makuhari left a very good impression during my stay recently . We dropped our bag in the morning since the check-in time is at 3 pm thus we went out and came back very late at night and surprisingly I was told all our luggages were already dropped in our room. We were quite impressed and thankful. Also in my second day I dropped my earing in the bathroom sink and my husband asked for hotel assistance and it took less than 10 minutes for the hotel plumber to come to our room and the plumber took quite an effort to look for my earing and he found it. Overall he took 20 minutes to get the job done. We were very thankful for Mr. Plumber's effort :)) 2. Location 3. Even though the hotel is quite old but overall the hotel is quite clean”

“Ask for high floor with good view. Free Ice dispenser and paid drinks vending machine at 4th story(If i remember it correctly) Walking distance to JR train Kaihimmakuhari Station(3~5min). Quiet location.Shopping mall nearby Train ride to Disneyland only 22 mins Comfort bed Toiletries all provided by hotel”
“喫煙ルームしかなかったため仕方なく喫煙ルームにしましたが、においは全然なく、近隣ルームからのにおいも気になりませんでした。一般的に喫煙ルームにすると残り香が多少残っており不快と感じることも有りましたが、快適に過ごせました。”
