“Very small family run hotel. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! Very helpful even though language was a bit of a problem. The two younger ones spoke English so we managed. We could not get the room cool, especially during the day. Breakfast was ok with limited offering. My only real complaint was there was a lovely balcony right off of the eating area where people were allowed to smoke. The smoke would come right back into the room. Also, in the bathroom there was no place to put anything. The shower was great but there was no counter or shelf. Everything had to be stored in the bedroom. I think that could be easily remedied.”
“The owners were very nice, they recommended us very good Italian restaurants and also information on how to go to Firenze by train, buy the ticket the day before and other good advices. The train station is very near, the car parking excellent, safe and calm, the hotel extremely clean, very good restaurant. Highly recommended hotel, if you want to spend some days in La Toscana and stop for a hint of Firenze, without worrying to go by car. Thanks again to the owners.”
