“Staff, from Reservations to Restaurànt, Front Office, Housekeeping, were friendly and cheerful. There was even one young Malay male staff wearing spectacles that even greeted me by name when we were in the lift! That was truly impressive and the service level rose quite a few notches in my view’!”
