“Our room was very comfortable. It was overlooking the parking lot, so initially we thought it would be a big problem, but it was only occasionally that noise was an issue. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our "breakfast lady" was wonderfully welcoming and made us feel at home for our full stay, as was the rest of the staff. Dinners outside at the beautiful tables under the trees were very special, great food and friendly and attentive staff in the evenings. We were incredibly lucky with the warm/hot weather. Biking( with free bikes provided by the hotel) along the river was hot but a lovely easy trail into Salzburg. The swimming pool and spa area are beautiful so on rainy days the hotel could always provide something to do.”
