“This small hotel is very modern and clean. Located in a quiet country setting but near a highway making it easy to get to the Army base at Grafenwoehr. It has direct access to a hiking/running trail that runs through woods and by a lake. Also has pull-up bars outside.”

“The room was spacious and modern, with a sliding door leading to a common terrace with private table and chairs. The hotel itself was located perhaps a kilometer off the main road, but seemingly far from civilization. The sounds of the feeding lake gulls, ducks and geese on the nearby (but not visible from the hotel) lake could be into the late evening. It was a very peaceful location and there were walking/biking/nature trails adjacent to the property. The hotel offered a restaurant of excellent quality, and a very good breakfast was offered promptly at 0700. It included delicious German breads, fruits, yogurt and cereals, meat and cheeses. The staff was professional and courteous. After I missed one breakfast because I had to leave right at 7am, the owner offered to prepare something I could take with me the next day.”
