“the personnel is very friendly and hospitable. The only thing - they do not speak English. We had one issue, which was unsolved as we could not communicate. We asked not to clean the room after the incident described in "-". Owners have a dog and live at the same building at the firt floor. Their dog is nice. They provide us with bath stuff (shampoo, soap) and 7 towels for two people. They changed used towels every day. The place has a bidet. It usually took 20 min to get to the city center by tram #10 or 9 from Gramsci piazza. THe place is not at the core of city, but the district is really nice, a big Carefour and a great pizza place is close to the hotel. Metro stop is 3 min walk. The place worth its price”
