“The beds were comfortable. All of the women staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple of the men were a little cold towards us, but we didn't take it to heart. The friendliest male was Ellis, the Border Collie resident dog. We wished there had been a safe and a refrigerator in the room. A beautiful place with an awesome view of Salzburg. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.”
