“This was the best place I'be ever stayed. Every hotel manager should send his staff here to learn how to run a hotel. It'a beautiful building, looks like brand new and is a solution spotless. Every staff member was courteous and totally efficient at their job. It is situated in the most picturesque place imaginable. The shops and restaurants were in walking distance and had beautiful things in them and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There were frequent buses to other places along picturesque winding roads, like Molveno and its sinking lake. Skiing is 10 mins away and we had 2 amazingly wonderful ski instructors. I love this hotel and I can't speak highly enough of it and will definitely come back here and stay longer next time.”
