“Absolutely everything was spot on. The rooms are stunningly beautiful, with colour themed decorations. The whole place looks like it's straight from a thousand and one nights fairytale. Everywhere there are pillows, places to relax, small corners to feel comfy. The place is filled with amazing smell. BUT the highlight are the staff, who are like your family. They go way above and beyond to serve your every wish. Always attentive and caring, their excellence comes from genuine joy from providing flawless customer service. I spent my birthday here and I felt like I was surrounded by family and friends. The breakfast was delicious and their rooftop terrace is breathtaking. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that even though it might seem on the higher side of pricing, it's absolutely worth every cent. Give yourself a treat and feel like a princess or a prince.”

“Great place to stay in Jaisalmer. Location inside the fort, close to all of the must visit sights. Free pick up from the train station at the middle of the night, though our train was delayed by 3 hours. Free bottles of water. Clean room. Good price for dinner, good breakfast. Great view from room and roof top.”

“We were not certain if we should go to Jaisalmer because it was a detour from our journey, but thankfully we decided to go. You understand immeadiately why Jaisalmer is known as the golden city. The hotel was inside the fort and the rooftop had the best view over the city. The staff was amazing and booked our bus tickets and our camel safari trip. On the day of our check-out, they let us shower on a still vacant room after our desert trip, which was extremely friendly and helpful. Besides the breakfast was very good and varied.”

“This is the hotel to be inside of the fort, no wonder it's always fully booked. When we arrived from a desert camp, our driver called them, then they coming all the way from inside the fort with 1 motorbike to carry our luggage and 3 staff. This already moved us. And the heritage hotel is in a quiet corner inside of the fort, whole building is beautiful, even the basic room has a city view because they have very cool big windows inside the room. The breakfast is enormous and good quality. The rooftop is just amazing, with chairs reminds me of Hangover movie and not only the city view but also can see the fort from the side. All the staff are like a team always ready to help and please. ”

“Nearly everything. Staff were very polite and always offer water when you come back. When you leave also. The room are very nice and cleaned. The location is spot on. (Car cannot get into the fort so you might have to walk or order a tuktuk. For breakfast you order what you want so no waste.”

“Everything - staff were extremely helpful and let us check in early after an early train, and check out later, much appreciated! Communication was easy. Rooms were immaculately clean, and all had a lovely atmosphere. The decor was gorgeous and made it so homely. We particularly enjoyed the cosy reading alcoves in the rooms and throughout the hotel.The included breakfast was an incredible feast - lots of choice and all delicious!Fantastic location inside the fort provides good views and easy access.I wish we could pocket this lovely homely hotel and bring it with us to the rest of India! ”
