“Hotel Francs was amazing, everything from the staff to the shower. Perfect location with a beautiful view of Toyko Bay. We love that the JR is a mere 3 minutes away from hotel on a side street with little traffic. So much to do around the hotel that you really must make plans to explore. We had to leave a day early and the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating with our last minute reservation change.”
