“I checked out in the morning, but had a 9:30p overnight flight that evening. They were kind enough to let me keep my suitcase there even though I had checked out. Then I toured Santiago all day in 85 degree heat. During the day I realized that there was a small discrepancy with my bill. I decided to ask about it when I went back to pick up my bag. We discussed the discrepancy and they were going to refund me the money. I don't know if it was my fault, their fault, or the booking engines fault. However at that time I was covered in sweat, sunscreen, and dust from the long day. I offered to forget the discrepancy with the bill if they would just let me take a shower. They agreed, and that shower was worth millions for me and my fellow passengers on the 12 hours of airplane travel that night. The kind of cooperation that you get from a quality staff!”
