“The staff was so helpful and very considerate. They tried to make my stay comfortable in every possible way. Esp. that kind guy with glasses and the beautiful receptionist with the lovely smile. He taught me a few tricks to go around town without any problems. I even travelled to Cheongju and went around it using the technique of communication he taught me. He is a life saver and a hero. The other heroine really helped me and my friend greatly. Apart from her wonderfully energetic smile, she could find solutions to many of our troubles. She is very resourceful too. When her smart colleague is not there, I could rely on her fully. Though I must confess the male receptionist with glasses was my hero and his tricks saved me many times.”
