“This was an excellent hotel - staff were warm- helpful, articulate (in English) and knowledgeable; the rooms pristine clean with modern tasteful decor; the hotel provided a pool and spa. It was so restful. Breakfast options were excellent- and all food served was displayed attractively and of top quality. Generous with bathroom products- every item was replaced every day. The hotel and Bellagio itself was a lovely destination for a relaxing break.”

“The bathroom was very good but only a shower attachment from taps, reception staff did allow us the use of a shower room down the corridor from room. Breakfast was very good really nice staff who catered for my wife's gluten free diet.”
“Lovely hotel in a prime location along the waterfront in Bellagio. There is no parking but that didn't bother us as we travelled by private transfer. The hotel was lovely and the room we had, although quite small was very tastefully decorated and had a large en-suite bathroom which was beautifully tiled. We had a nice breakfast but didn't have an evening meal there.”

“Everything about this hotel was a treat - from the bespoke furnishings to the quirky yet sophisticated ambiance. Location is great - incredibly handy for hopping on and off ferries - lively but not too crowded. Bellagio is a great place to explore but funnily enough so is this hotel - I liked coming "home" and walking around, siting in the gardens or at the cafe in front - magical. Concierge was fantastic! The name of the gentleman in charge of evenings was so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable but also very generous with his time,explaining everything clearly and patiently. He made our stay at the hotel feel even more special. Excellent stay - thank you team Florence.”
