“Breakfast was the worst. Nothing was fresh. Not one thing was nice to eat. The man at the desk was very rude. He took my credit card payment before I arrived which I was very unhappy about . I wanted to pay cash to avoid bank fees. He refused to reverse the transaction which I know is easily done as I work on the industry. The door key was extremely difficult to use, it would take 3-5 mins to open our door on the 4Th floor . I booked 2 rooms as travelling with older children. He booked us in on floor 2 & 4. Strange not to at least get on the same floor. He did offer a room that we could all have together with beds all piled in on each other in a back corner of the hotel . But still charged at my booking rate that was for 2 rooms with sea views. Do not stay here. Pay a bit more of even the same rate for a much much better hotel.”
