“The service and whole ambience was fantastic. The hotel has contacted us in advance to ensure we arrive on time and our check in is timed and swift. We received all the information upon arrival and recommendation was the spa and restaurants. The atmosphere was simply serene. The location of the hotel is uphill and slightly on the edge of center but still very comfortable to walk to and from and provides stunning view of all the surroundings. I really loved the pool and the garden. Amazingly the hotel stay entitles you for a discount into the Therme. The furnishing of rooms is more of a modern Tyrolean than Italian design, but this is what you expect in Alte Adgio isn’t it? The beds were very comfortable, on of the best I have experienced on our trip around Italy. Be aware the reception closes at 18:30 so schedule your arrival accordingly, but the hotel advised us in advance on this and provided several options in case we would need to arrive later. Breakfast was a delight.”

“We really like the service and helpfulness of the receptionist and nice garage parking. The hotel has accurate swimming pool and has especially good location- close to Trauttmansdorff. Even has a small "pumping room". Recommend ordering Aperol Spritz in the restaurant to enjoy the calm view.”
