“Very close to the Christmas market, well situated to the center of town.”
“Excellent position, so close to the Piazza Walther and to the Laubengassen. A small courtyard in front of the hotel was great for breakfasts and for a late evening night-cap as we came back from one of the many excellent restaurants in the close vicinity. Rooms extremely modern, recently renovated. We booked for seven nights on booking.com, and found on our arrival that if we had booked directly with the hotel, we would have received a discount, so that was our fault for not enquiring in the first place. A very short walk to the railway station and to the bus station made day-trips to other parts of South Tyrol very easy (e.g. to Brixen and to Meran, and to the beautiful swimming at Kalterer See). Even the gondola up on to the Rittern was walkable. Hiring bicycles at €2 for up to five hours was a great aspect of the Bozen hospitality for tourists-”
