“Good location, high standard of cleanliness, friendly staff and breakfast well prepared and nicely arranged with very fresh fruits which we love! The kitchen is efficiently managed by a Ms Dilueza and Ms Edna. Though they don;t speak English, they are helpful and guest-oriented. Ms Fabiola and Ms Vanessa are always willing to help guests. Mr Serafins is always on top of things. Believe me because I witness their service rendered since I stay in the spacious reception lounge area quite a bit in my 5 day stay.”

“The neighborhood not really nice, but I liked that I could see the river (Rio Negro) from my window. Good location - port, opera, many other places within walking distance. Affordable prices, helpfull personel (though not always perfectly english speaking, but trying hard :-) ), clean, well equiped room.”
