“We communicated mostly with Edwardo who was very helpful. One of our party uses a wheelchair and the access was ok but a little idiosyncratic - in that we entered the property via the service lift in the basement which we could only do when a member of staff was present. It was ok but could have become a little frustrating if we hadn't planned to be out all day every day. However, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The hotel is right on the river and was very tranquil.”
