“After a rough night, we arrived in the morning to Hotel Auca and Tatiana, the manager was extremely welcoming and accomadating. She helped us set up a whole day jungle tour and we later met her husband, Tim who worked next door who was also more than kind and welcoming. We later received a call to our room from Tatiana, telling us she was going to help us out with something that her husband must have mentioned to her- she went completely out of her way to accolade us and it made our trip all the much better! Definitely a must go to if in Coca :)”

“Hotel is in the centre of the city. Hotel is in a safe area, there are many shops at the area also. Breakfast was very basic but hotel restaurant was very good. Hotel had a nice garden, there were some small monkeys at the trees.”

“Al llegar al hospedaje a pesar que pedi una habiltación con dos camas, en la recepción me dijeron que la reserva decia habitación con cama tradicional, y me dijeron que me podían dar otra habitación con un pago extra, a lo cual me negue porque mi reservación claramente decia habitación doble con cama matrimonial o 2 camas simples! llevaba ocho horas de viaje estaba muy cansada y ne tuviron de pie en el mostrador como 20 minituos!!! y el recepcionista encima me decia sin exaltarnos!!! una persona que no tiene idea en atención al cliente!! mala experiencia”
