“The interior design of the room is really sophisticated. The the bathroom and particulary the shower was great. They offer complimentary water, sodas and snacks. The bed is japanese style and really confortable. Wifi worked great”

“The hotel is very new and very convenient to everywhere as it is located very near to the heart of the city, and it is only a few blocks away from the MRT station (Green line). A lot of eateries around the Hotel and it is just next to a bank and Family Mart/7-Eleven are just a few steps from the Hotel. The bathrooms are big enough, and the hotel provides high-quality toiletries!!”
“1.員工態度非常親切 - 剛抵達台北天氣很冷,而且下雨,搞得感冒了,延遲了房間打掃時間將近下班的時間,第二天打掃房間的阿姨和前枱服務員Debbie還問候我們,真的很貼心。2.房間設備優 - 我們住的房間是1101有客廳,一進房間就看到我超愛的按摩椅,每天走路1-2萬就是靠它舒緩一下;客廳裝潢配上燈光有種很warm的感覺;睡房和客廳分別都有大電視,最愛看藍光電影3. 位置優 - 酒店位置就在南京三民路捷運1號出口,出口向左邊一直走約5-7分鐘就到。在7-11附近有家生果店的木瓜牛奶是必飲的。4.午餐有驚喜- 由於晚了起床去了B1吃午餐,點了一份燒無骨牛排和雞肉定食非常不錯哦。總結: 我很少給酒店評語,但是這次真的很難忘,謝謝打掃阿姨和Debbie,希望酒店可以一直維持水準”
“<唯一的加分也無法力挽狂瀾> 唯一的加分是該飯店總負責經理及一名資深組長為後續"連續不斷的缺失"和"房間硬體紕漏",及"當下負責處理的服務人員失職"等等過失所做的彌補,但這趟慕名已久的小旅行,帶著欣喜的心情預定最終卻如一場需小心保護自己處理證據的辦案過程, 即便接受了該經理的補償,此番連兩日的住宿之旅回到自己的窩又讓我倒了4個小時.”
